Focus

Retirement & financial services

Participant decisions with deadlines, regulated money movement, and plan sponsors who answer for both.

Most of my last decade sits here, at Prudential and Empower. Retirement design is decision support under pressure: a participant with a deadline, a rule that came from the IRS, a counselor who has to explain it, and a plan sponsor accountable for all of it. My work covers transitions, enrollment, distribution flows, and the components that let one design serve many clients.
