Lesley designs experiences for regulated industries: retirement, financial services, insurance, and healthcare. In that work, a confusing screen isn't a style problem. It's a compliance failure, a missed deadline, or a costly financial decision made badly.
Her work spans the full product cycle, from research and information architecture to specifications and close partnership with engineering. Her greatest value comes early, framing the problem before anyone designs a solution.
Her redesign of the NewYork-Presbyterian retirement experience at Prudential Financial won the 2020 Pensions & Investments Eddy Award. At Empower, she was promoted to Lead Designer for design leadership and enterprise AI adoption. At CIGNA, she led readiness for 300+ clinical operations staff moving to a new platform.
