Summary
Twenty years designing digital products, ten of them leading UX strategy inside large regulated enterprises in financial services and healthcare. I own the process end to end: research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing, then personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, through to implementation with engineering partners. Deep experience with clinical operations workflows, WCAG accessibility, design systems, and tying UX measurement to business outcomes. I mentor designers, run critique, and build AI-assisted workflows that make whole teams faster.
Areas of focus
- User research & measurement: Generative and evaluative research · usability testing · heuristic evaluation · personas and empathy maps · journey mapping · Voice-of-the-Customer · UX metrics, behavioral analytics, and dashboard reporting
- Interaction & visual design: Information architecture · user flows · wireframes and prototyping · visual hierarchy, spacing, and typography · responsive design and grid systems · design systems and component-based design
- Delivery & collaboration: Agile and lean · developer collaboration (HTML/CSS, front-end frameworks) · workshop planning and facilitation · WCAG accessibility · mentoring and design critique
- AI-enabled productivity: AI-assisted design workflows · generative-AI research synthesis and content · team enablement and best-practice codification
